Salmon OR Chicken with Red Pepper Balsamic Sauce Kit -- $20/$16

Kit includes your choice of salmon (raw) or chicken breasts (raw) and a roasted red pepper balsamic sauce (prepared).  Sauté or roast the protein and drizzle with sauce for a "professionally" home-cooked meal. Serves 2.

Three-Cheese and Veggie Frittata Kit -- $16

Kit includes all the prepped and pre-measured components you need to create a puffed and golden "crustless quiche": ricotta, cheddar, and parmesan; eggs; and veggies.  Serve for breakfast or for a delicious vegetarian dinner.  Serves 2-3.  *Order 2 kits to make 1 family-sized Frittata.

Oven-Fried Chicken Kit -- $18

Bone-in chicken (raw) in a flavorful buttermilk marinade.  Dip the chicken in our seasoned flour mixture and bake for a crispy and tender family dinner.  Serves 3-4.

Mexican Lasagna Kit -- $24

Seasoned ground chicken, black bean and corn mixture (prepared) comes ready to layer with flour tortillas and shredded cheese.  Have your kids build this crowd-pleasing casserole.  Serves 6.

Confetti Orzo Salad -- $10

Orzo, feta, colorful bell peppers, red onions, and fresh herbs.  Pairs perfectly with any of our main courses.  Fully prepared.  Serves 2. 

Mixed Greens Salad -- $8

A simple salad of mixed greens and veggies with a dijon shallot vinaigrette to compliment any of our main courses.  Serves 2.

Teriyaki Chicken Breasts -- $12

Chicken breasts (raw) in a homemade teriyaki marinade made with fresh ginger and garlic.  Thaw and roast/grill/sauté for an easy weeknight dinner.  Frozen.  Serves 2.

Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffin Kit -- $15

Our favorite muffins....moist, delicious, and so EASY with a heathy boost from the pumpkin (the kids will hardly know it's there!).  Makes about 12 large or 24 mini muffins.
