Chicken Parmesan Kit -- $16

Our lighter version of this classic dish is easy to prepare and super tasty -- no breading and frying here! Simply sauté chicken cutlets and finish them in the oven with as much or as little cheese as you'd like. Kit includes herb-marinated chicken cutlets (raw), homemade marina sauce (fully prepared), and parmesan and mozzarella cheese. Serves 2.

Salmon Baked in Foil -- $16

Fresh Atlantic salmon is baked in foil with a mixture of herbs, tomatoes, and lemon to create a flavorful and healthy dish. Salmon comes wrapped in foil -- simply open the packet, pour sauce around salmon, and bake. Easy peasy! GF, DF. Serves 2.

Spaghetti with Oil and Garlic (Aglio Et Olio) -- $10

A traditional Italian pasta made with olive oil, garlic, fresh parsley, and a hint of lemon. A perfect accompaniment to your chicken or salmon. DF, V. Serves 2.

A traditional caesar salad with homemade croutons and freshly-made dressing (no raw eggs). Serves 2.

Mexican Lasagna -- $14

A scrumptious "deconstructed enchilada" -- corn tortillas layered with Mexican-inspired mixture of chicken, black beans, cheese, and sauce. Another tasty dinner for later in the week! Fully prepared in an oven-ready pan. Serves 2-3.
